Sisters Amanda and Eloise began Bamboo body three years ago after falling in love with bamboo fabric. Since then they have been making use of it’s inherent advantages and particular qualities to create versatile, classic comfortable clothing to appeal to a diverse range of people.
“Bamboo fabric is softer and more breathable than cotton, has natural moisture wicking, anti-bacterial, and anti-odour properties. The bamboo plant grows quickly, without chemicals, sucks up a lot of carbon dioxide and releases more oxygen than trees, and it does not deplete precious water resources. “
As a raw material Bamboo has many advantages over it’s rivals. The fabric used by Bamboo Body is manufactured specifically for them. It is a favourite fabric in the Woods & Fields store due to it’s soft texture and flattering drape.
